Scope Of Work
Capitol Finishes was contracted to install an epoxy quartz floor with a flexible crack isolation membrane. Due to the high moisture content in the slab, we also installed a moisture vapor retarder. This project also required an extended labor and materials warranty which Capitol Finishes, Inc. is able to provide at no additional cost due to our longstanding relationships as an installer with our preferred network of manufacturers.
