Scope Of Work
The newly constructed competition pool at University School on the Nova Southeastern University campus, 3301 College Ave. in Davie, is 50 meters long and sixteen feet deep, a big improvement over its minute predecessor. As such it ranks as the largest competition pool by water volume in the State of Florida.
It ranks as an NCAA Collegiate Competition Swimming and Diving Pool strategically engineered to include a “bubbler system” that consists of rising bubbles to cushion the diver and lessen the impact. Surrounding the pool is a complete aquatics facility that features locker rooms, spectator stands, timing equipment for record keeping and training rooms.
