Scope Of Work
JWR Construction and ACAI Associates, Inc. recently completed the renovation of the Horvitz Administration Building on NSU's Davie campus. This project consisted of the complete renovation of the two story building which housed many different administrative functions. The project was divided into several phases to allow many of the services provided at the building to be uninterrupted. Various finishes were used throughout the project such as new wallpaper, wave carpet and rainbow tile. The main rotunda was refinished to a more modern color scheme.This project was Construction Manager (CM) at Risk, meaning the client was able to choose JWR before the design stage was complete.This was the most efficient contract method because of the various unknown existing conditions involved.
