Scope Of Work
Gulf Reflections is a 120 unit condominium development in Fort Myers, Florida. The site is composed of 10 acres, four buildings, pool, clubhouse, lakes, and beaches, walking trails, covered parking and extensive site infrastructure. JWR first completed all off site improvements consisting of pump stations, roadway improvements and deceleration lanes. On site new lakes were excavated and native vegetation planted to stabilize the banks and provide a nature area for local fauna. The site portion of the project was 2.4 million dollars and the vertical construction was 18.5 million dollars. The project was completed within schedule parameters and stands today as a premier development in South Fort Myers.
