Scope Of Work
JWR Construction is in for permit on three projects for Chartwells at Barry University in Miami. The first project is at the Roussell Dining Hall “Out-Takes” which is Chartwell’s concept for a “Grab N Go” at the existing dining room. This allows the students to take prepared food from the dining room to eat at their own convenience. The second project is at Bucky’s Cove, an existing sports bar on campus. A new beer and wine service bar will be added along with an espresso station. The Buc Stop Café is a retail renovation to the existing Thompson Building kitchen. A Chicken Grill is being added to the existing kitchen and a Subway is being added to replace the Bagel Counter. A We Proudly Brew, a Starbucks subsidiary, is also being added to the dining room area. This work will be completed over the summer before the start of the Fall Semester.
