Scope Of Work
Established in 2008, Tark’s Grill has been recognized by Baltimore Magazine and the Baltimore Business Journal for their diverse wine list and crab cakes that have earned the restaurant a reputation for inventive dishes served Baltimore-style.
After proving their skill-set with the construction of the original internal fit-out, MacKenzie Contracting Company was brought in for complete renovation of the 6,885 square foot existing restaurant that would include new finishes throughout, new bar, stand-alone temperature controlled display wine room, new kitchen equipment, and new exterior patio and fireplace. A tight deadline and quick turnaround resulted in a project seamlessly delivered and under budget.
