Scope Of Work
Merion Gardens Building is a multiuse facility housing college students, a counseling center and the residence of the president of the University. Substantial repair work was completed between mobilizing on July 1st, and construction completion on August 24,2013. Repair items included: brick veneer repair and replacement, tuck pointing, CMU wall replacement, moisture management / flashing, shelf angle replacement, supplemental masonry anchorage, caulking and power washing.
