Scope Of Work
PNP El Cajon Forge was a private project funded by the owner.
JB Dirtworks was contracted with C&S Construction to perform Excavation, Grading & De-Watering.
From start to finish this project was riddled with challenges that JB Dirtworks met with solutions and enthusiasm to work through the challenges.
Not mentioned in the most current soils report was compromised soil that had to be carefully handled and disposed of safely. JB Dirtworks was able to save the owner thousands of dollars by stock piling soils on site and getting creative with trucking. Dewatering an excavation is always met with unforeseen issues but JB Dirtworks was able to get the job done.
