Scope Of Work
Landing at Kelly Mill is a new residential subdivision developed to service the growing needs of Forsyth County, GA. Magnum Contracting was contracted to clear 20 acres, cut and fill 100,000cy of dirt, install 13,000lf of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water lines, along with a 340lf jack & bore to connect to the county sewer system. This project required special attention to safety due to the additional shoring needs for the 32vf of depth to install portions of the sanitary sewer.
