Scope Of Work

Windsor Suites Hotel’s building and parking garage condition survey included a review of the exterior walls in accordance with the City of Philadelphia Ordinance PM-304.1. The report included recommendations consistent with conditions, and classified it as safe with a repair and maintenance program required by the City. 

Our services included all engineering for the garage restoration, including repair and replacement of the structural system; design of the temporary support frames and bracing elements; providing reinforcing steel bar layout for bar fabrication; inspection of all reinforcing steel prior to concrete placement; and coordination of each phase’s detailing for contractor sequencing.
