Scope Of Work
After performing a condition assessment of the structure’s eighth floor (583,363 square feet) and observations of key structural components, repairs were implemented. The repairs included:
• Removal and replacement of the deck-coating system
• Installation of a latex-modified concrete overlay at the main drive lane of the eighth floor at Sectors D & E
• Removal and replacement of expansion joints
• Routing and sealing cracks in the slab
• Epoxy injecting cracks in the slab
• Removal and replacement of construction joints and cove sealants
• Installation of supplemental floor drains
