Scope Of Work

Comprehensive site development services were provided for this 20-pump gas station and 5,298-square foot convenience store at the corner of Royal Palm Beach Boulevard and State Road 80/Southern Boulevard. The project included design, permitting, and construction management for the water distribution system, sewage collection system, surface water management system, and a paving and grading plan. The site also required a directional drill across Royal Palm Beach Boulevard to connect to water service for fire protection, as well as a right turn lane on State Road 80, and a third left turn lane on Royal Palm Beach Boulevard with replacement of two signal mast arms.
