Scope Of Work

The program for this new park  the Intracoastal Waterway included restrooms, picnic shelter buildings, kiosk and picnic shelters, bocce courts, a pedestrian path, parking areas, a playground, an open playfield, an electrical entrance gate, benches, picnic tables and bike racks. Preliminary and final design, survey, environmental, permitting, utility coordination, bidding, and construction observation services were provided. Surveying services included boundary, topographic, tree, and mean high-water surveys. Environmental services ranged from a seagrass survey to coordination with a mitigation site in the park. Permitting included modification of a South Florida Water Management District Environmental Resource Permit and Florida Department of Transportation Driveway and Drainage Connection permits.
