Scope Of Work

Planning, surveying, landscape architecture, design, and bid document preparation were provided for this neighborhood “pocket” park. Services included a boundary and topographic survey, preparation of three separate conceptual designs and cost estimates, final design plans and specifications, park playground and furnishing selection, irrigation design, and preparation of cost estimates, and final bid and close-out documents.
