Scope Of Work
Delray Marketplace, a 33-acre traditional development district with 258,000 feet of commercial development, offers visitors a movie theater, bowling alley, Publix supermarket, restaurants, and numerous local and national retailers. WGI accomplished the design and permitting of the water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, paving, and drainage systems; construction observation, survey staking, as-built preparation, NPDES inspection, permitting, and coordination services were also provided.
