Scope Of Work
The New Cabela’s Store in Tualatin consists of the construction of a 105,000 s.f. retail facility on the site formerly occupied by K-Mart consisting of: cast in place concrete foundations, reinforced concrete masonry unit exterior wall assemblies, structural metal framing, metal joists and metal decking, insulated elastomeric membrane roofing and metal roof panels, finishes consisting of stained concrete floors, carpet and painted exposed ceiling structure.
General Contractor for the project is Howard S. Wright, which has built four previous stores for Cabelas. The interior of the new store will feature Cabela’s next-generation layout, designed to surround customers in an outdoor-like experience with trophy animal mounts and displays. A gun library, indoor mountain habitat, and massive fireplace will help give shoppers a unique experience.
