Scope Of Work
The Welsh Companies corporate office is a 4-story 99,500 square foot building situated on an 18.9 acre site along Baker Road in Minnetonka, Minnesota. All divisions of Welsh Companies were involved in the construction of the project. This building includes a shared training room, offices, conference rooms, kitchen area, showers, underground parking, and an outdoor patio.
As a LEED-CS Gold certified building there are a variety of green features including water efficient plumbing fixtures, lighting sensors, and an economical use of outdoor light.
