Scope Of Work
Labor & Material to supply & install all new electrical distribution, including sign circuits, per plan, install GC supplied lighting
fixtures & lighting control panel, including emergency lighting., Conduit and pull strings for all data/low voltage, speaker, fire
alarm etc. Make final connection to all owner supplied equipment, provide power to drive thru menu board, speakers &
signage, Provide temp power/lighting circuits from existing panel as needed. Testing, and labeling of all finalized electrical
panels, panel schedules, covers, devices, fixtures, red line as built and emergency testing for lighting. Roof top GFCI as
needed, provide wiremold per plan, provide all installations materials as req'd / needed, provide override timer switch,
disconnects.
