Scope Of Work
Build-it-Back Resiliency project to upgrade six residential buildings with 342 residents.
Replacement of six electrical services. New feeders to sub-panels. Six new boiler rooms. New risers to 342 apartments. Installation of branch wiring with 342 apartments for AC, bathroom, kitchen, SD/CO and ADA upgrades.
Leader revised the electrical design for the six new electric services and 342 risers saving the client over $300K and reduced the electric schedule by 6 months.
Leader worked with GC to revise both the method of apartment branch wiring as well as the schedule - reducing the time required for each apartment upgrade - which further reduced the overall electrical schedule by another 6 months.
