1. Replaced 400 watt metal halide fixtures with 147 watt T8 fluorescent fixtures, resulting in a reduction of 64% in energy consumption.
2. Reduced maintenance cost by increasing lamp life hours from 10,000 hours with the 400 watt metal halide to 24,000 hours with the T8 lamps.
