PROJECT SCOPE
Framing and Drywall
A 5-story 156,000 square foot design-build project that includes technical and shared spaces. The fast-track project was successfully completed to meet the owners 14 week construction schedule. Many of the wall and ceiling assemblies were engineered by CDC, including an origami-like wall that created 4 rows of tables, 2 meeting nooks, and 2 conversation pits, and then extends up 48 feet through a light well.
