Scope Of Work
Transforming the downtown skyline, this 33-story mixed-use hi-rise in downtown was a ground-up project for our team. We completed metal framing, drywall, and lath & plaster for this contemporary, luxurious residential apartment building.
Atelier is a centrally-located 363 unit high-rise in Downtown , developed by Carmel Partners. The building itself sits on 10,000 square feet of retail space near the trend-setting South Park neighborhood and one block from 7th Street’s Restaurant Row. For this project, SWS completed metal framing, drywall and lath & plaster under general contractor CP Construction West.
