Scope Of Work
We were contracted for this tenant improvement project at 53 Commerce Drive, where we had installed equipment for the base building. For this tenant fitout, we installed a number of hydraulic dock levelers (including some high-capacity levelers rated for 80,000 lbs.) and vehicle restraints, and removed and re-installed some equipment to best fit the tenant requirements.
