     Mark 1 Contracting is a full service shell contractor. We specialize in combining concrete and masonry together to ensure proper construction sequencing and relieve our customers of the headaches of multiple sub contractors. We have completed many high profile projects including The Tampa Bay Bucaneers Headquarters, Brighthouse Field, Palms of Pasadena Hospital Emergency Addition, Sarasota Memorial Energy Plant, Krome Detention Center, USF Magnolia Hall, Quinn Hall and an assortment of other projects.

     Mark 1 Contracting has successfully teamed with a broad range of contractors including Hunt Construction, Hardin Construction, Skanska USA, Robins & Mortin, J Kokolakis Contracting, Hennessy Construction Services and Wichman Construction to name a few.
