Scope Of Work

We were tasked with initially providing a new residential door on a home remodel and a full-view glass door on a new "barndominium" that was being built in an existing pole barn.  The client wanted a showroom-quality door with powdercoated sections, track, and hardware in all black to give an industrial look like no other for the barn!  We delivered on the glass door using a Raynor AV300 and a Raynor ControlHoist 2.0 industrial duty hoist operator, and we worked with the general contractor to provide framing instructions to do the door with full-vertical lift track.  Using the AV300 allowed us to hide the struts inside of the 3" thick aluminum sections giving a crisp, clean look without obstructing the clear glass.  The house door is a Raynor Aspen AP200 in black with vertical tempered lites.  The 2" thick polyurethane sandwich steel construction means a strong door with climate-busting 18 R-Value.

Once we completed the glass door, we then were asked about two additional doors in the same room and provided two Raynor Thermaseal TM200C sectional doors in Kynar Sepia with rows of full-view sections.  We coordinated the look with the existing clipped corners and provided black powdercoated track, hangs, and hardware to give a polished look like the glass door.  We paired these with Raynor ControlHoist 2.0 industrial duty operators as well.  The 2" thick polyurethane sandwich steel helps keep the space nice and toasty during the harsh winter.

We are on track to providing three more doors by the end of March 2024.
