Developed by Lendlease and CMK, this development has 452 units of our Magiglide bifold closet door . Designed by Perkins + Will in Chicago, this development is the epitome of sleek and the first of many in this multi-phase development which has been zoned for 2,700 residential units. Landquist & Son, provided this multifamily project Magiglide 3/4” thick Standard NAUF primed paintable doors
