Scope Of Work
Asbestos Abatement, Structural Demolition, Recycling and Excavation
Demolition of a 240,000 square feet former Plant and boiler house. Work was expedited and completed in a three (3) week window as to allow prompt build back on the site. As the prime contractor, O’Rourke also demolished numerous outdated buildings/structures over a multi-year period in support of a major $180 Million Plant Expansion/Re-Build.
