Scope Of Work
The site’s proximity to traffic on Alameda and Flower required constant traffic control.
Nearby storm drains necessitated continuous cleaning of the area. The city required recycling of all materials and recycling reports. And the client required adherence to a tight schedule for timely completion.
To complete this project we used Flat Saws, Bobcats, Backhoes, Hydraulic Breakers, Roll Off Bins (provided by our sister company Metropolis Disposal), and Low Side Semis.
Even though the job was surrounded by several large businesses, we performed all of the work during regular hours safely. The job was completed in the time schedule allotted and our customer was able to start the next phase of construction on time.
