Scope Of Work
Climatec has provided a Building Automation System retrofit for the One America Plaza downtown high rise (34 floors, 635,000 sq. ft.). Climatec has engineered, furnished and installed Alerton BACtalk digital controls for control and monitoring of HVAC systems. This job monitors KW on all motors and has been energy optimized to provide energy savings. We have integrated to BACnet the old proprietary Trane VAV box controls.
