Scope Of Work
First American Financial Corporation is the nation's leading provider of real estate-related financial and information services. With more than 17,000 employees around the world, Climatec was chosen to install an Alerton BACnet building management system in the 80,000 square foot First American Corporate Data Center in Santa Ana, California. The system includes control and monitoring of redundant chilled water systems, three air-cooled chillers and two cooling towers. Along with VAV air handling units, hot water systems and constant volume and variable volume terminal units. The project utilized an Ethernet backbone throughout the facility, which integrates several building system protocols.
