Scope Of Work
The Baltimore Courthouse had a 40 year old hydraulic dock lift that hasn't worked in years. It was sitting in a 26" deep concrete pit filled with hydraulic fluid, water, muck, debris, trash, and mud. We used a heavy duty forklift and a jib crane to raise the old lift out of the pit and haul it off. We then had a septic service come in and pump the liquid out of the pit. The remainder of muck and debris had to be shoveled out by hand. We then saw-cut and tore out the old destroyed steel curb angle and formed up a new pit with new walls, steel curb angle, and embedded hydraulic and electrical conduits. Mechanically and electrically installed a new Kelley Hydraulic Dock Lift. More pictures to follow.
