Scope Of Work

Nab upgraded and modernized Pennsylvania Station, a 400,000-square foot transportation center that serves passengers traveling on New Jersey Transit bus and rail lines. The Nab team added new bus platforms complete with custom-made aluminum shelter enclosures, constructed a new roof, upgraded and renovated two existing elevators, installed a new escalator, replaced skylights, installed a new HVAC system and a security system that features closed-circuit televisions, and painted structural steel, canopy steel, and roof trusses above track areas. Construction of sidewalks, installation of decorative fencing and lighting, asphalt work, concrete paving, and drainage improvements were other key components of the project.
