Scope Of Work
Nab completely rehabilitated the central heating and refrigeration plant (CHRP) at John F. Kennedy Airport, expanding its capacity and replacing worn and outdated equipment. Keeping the plant in operation at all times, we installed new boilers, chillers, and pumps, new switch gear, and cathodic protection for high temperature hot water lines. We built an addition to the building, extended the cooling tower basins, built two new cooling towers, and revised the piping between the plant and the cooling towers.
