Scope Of Work
The Nab team solved major logistical challenges and placed a new 286 MW, $275 million cogeneration plant on line in one and one-half years from the start of construction. Nab leased one of the largest cranes in the world, a Demag CC-4800, to erect the sixteen 64-foot-long, 290,000-pound HRSG boiler modules. The crane lift, 326,300 lbs. at a maximum radius of 200 feet, was the largest ever made at this radius in New York City.
