Scope Of Work
Regency Room Fire Restoration
A fire tore through the Regency Room at The Manor in West Orange in October of 2018. Undoubtedly an unfortunate occurrence, the bright side is that is it provided the Manor an opportunity to upgrade an in-demand space in their facility. Frankoski was there to help our longtime client clean up and rebuild correcting code issues while updating the rooms to reflect current tastes.
We worked closely with the owner, an architect and the owner's structural engineer to realize our clients vision, built to their exacting standards. An in-house team of skilled carpenters spent months restoring and modifying the intricately detailed space.
