Scope Of Work
A new 10,000 SF addition adding four state of the art biology and chemistry laboratory classrooms as well as a new passenger elevator that made the new and existing buildings fully ADA compliant and handicapped accessible. The exterior portion of the project involved brick and precast finishes that were built to match the original façade constructed in 1856. The project also included the complete interior renovation of seventeen existing classrooms and the installation of a new three story aluminum curtain wall system in the existing courtyard.
