Scope Of Work
The Residences at the Johnston Center were created from an existing 38,520 square foot building, formerly the Johnston Hospital. The upper three floors consist of 48 efficiency apartments and a common lounge on each floor. Located on the lower level are common areas including laundry room, exercise room, computer lab, resident lounge, resident storage, bicycle storage, waste disposal room, community room, conference room and restrooms; support and medical services have three offices on this floor.
A three-story 21,300 square foot building with 43 efficiency apartments was built on an adjacent parcel to the north. Construction of a building connector allows tenants to access the common facilities in the Johnston Center.
