Scope Of Work
Interior and exterior reconstruction of this historic parish building into a fully operational elementary school. The renovated two-story structure was built in the 1890s. It now provides classrooms for 3K thru 2nd grade and specialized areas for music, language, art, computers and before and after school programs. As required by the Historic Preservation Commission, all windows were replaced with new wood windows and all exterior finishes and entries were restored. Handicap accessibility was achieved by the installation of a new elevator and ramped access points.
