Scope Of Work
This major renovation project involved extensive demolition, including asbestos abatement and cutting into concrete to find existing plumbing lines. New systems that were added include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, halon fire suppression system and exhaust system (laboratory). Interior upgrades involved door and hardware replacement, storefronts and finishes. A steel structure was designed and installed for mounting a 360-degree telescope on the existing roof. 22,500 SF.
