Scope Of Work
The addition and renovation of the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – Alamo Heights took an existing outpatient clinic building, added 7,000 SF and transformed it into a beautiful, state-of-the-art inpatient surgical center and short-term stay hospital. The project also includes an Emergency Room and Imaging Center to help address the growing needs of this community. The building features 10 operating rooms and 36 beds for patients requiring a two to four day hospital stay. Every space has been specifically designed to make patients more comfortable – before, during and after their treatment. Distinctive features include exclusive private rooms with tranquil golf course views and an onsite café.
Bartlett Cocke General Contractors took special care to ensure that the new construction (finishes, building façade, etc.) blended seamlessly with the existing structure.
