Scope Of Work

Harbor Crest Condominiums on Douglas Lake feature two and three bedroom designer lakefront condominiums each with stunning views of the Great Smoky Mountains and offiering indoor parking on the ground level, a 20 foot waterfall spa, and a marina with covered boat slips.

Merit worked closely with the owners, Highway 139 Partners, to bring the project within budget. Each residence features gas fireplaces, ceramic kitchen and bath flooring, whirlpool tubs in the master bath, energy efficient HVAC systems, high ceilings,and porches or terraces overlooking the lake and mountains.
