Scope Of Work
Merit Construction completed one of the largest Type VI construction projects in East Tennessee. The renovation of the Lonsdale Homes in Knoxville includes 10 new buildings totaling approximately 35,000 square feet. The total value of this project is $18.7 million. Thie was one of the lasrgest single residential building permits issued in the state in 2005.
