Scope Of Work
Managing construction of this 220,000 SF, seven-story hotel adjacent to Waterplace Park in Providence included a precast concrete below-ground parking structure for 365 cars. The project included soil stabilization, dewatering, and the installation of a concrete pile foundation system.
