Aliante station Casino + Hotel is located on 40 acres in North Las vegas. Ihe contemporary-designed casino has an arcade, food court,
and five heavily-themed restaurants. In addition to a 16-screen movie theater, there is a 17,000 SF, 700-seat showroom with a
permanent stage, bars, and viP seating. S7,000 SF Is divided among six meeting rooms, four ballrooms, and pre-function space.
The casino encompasses 2,000 slot and video games, 40 table games, a poker room, and high-limit VIP area. The 9-story concrete tower
includes 2lguest rooms and suites, ranging from 400 to 1500 SE. Sophisticated exterior finishes include Jerusalem stone and green
tinted glass. Interior highlights include wedge wood, granite, copper, onyx, and rocky mist marble.
PENTA was engaged to manage the project under a fast-track, design-assist, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) format and was
involved early on during design development to guide the Owner and design team in constructability, functionality, and value-based
delivery.
Working alongside the Owner and design team during the design phase, PENTA engaged select subcontractors to participate in
weekly meetings, providing review and input with respect to constructability, budgeting, and a variety of budget-friendly design
options.
