Scope Of Work
The Four Seasons Las Vegas is a hotel within a hotel, occupying the top five levels of the Mandalay Bay. Designed by Klai Juba Architects, the Four Seasons offers luxurious, non-gaming retreat just steps from world-class gaming, entertainment and nightlife.
M.J. Dean took Klai Juba’s vision and made it a reality, completing this boutique hotel, with 424 residential style guest rooms, including 86 suites, in March 1999. Set on the 35th to 39th floors of the Mandalay Bay tower, the Four Seasons is exclusively accessed by express elevators.
M.J. Dean was the prime subcontractor performing all preconstruction and project management services, and self-performed concrete work, metal stud framing, drywall, and painting. The exterior of the buildings consist of EIFS and glass skin.
