Scope Of Work
This 85,600 sq. ft. project consisted of the ground up construction of a four story 240 room hotel with associated site utilities, parking facilities and common support facilities. The project is at 5813 Jefferson Lane, in Williston, North Dakota. Features included a functioning kitchen and dining room for the guests as well as a fitness room.
