Graco Inc. is a leading provider of premium pumps and spray equipment for fluid handling in the construction, manufacturing, processing, and maintenance industries. They work closely with distributors around the world to offer innovative products for spray finishing, paint circulation, lubrication, and sealant and adhesives dispensing. Having outgrown their existing facility located in Rogers, Minnesota, Graco is expanding the Koch Center by 481,000 square feet. This phased, fast-track project includes office and lab space, as well as a manufacturing expansion to address their immediate needs and support growth into the future.
