Scope Of Work
This two-story, 92,000 square foot facility houses Sportech’s corporate offices, research and development, and production where they manufacture products for both original and aftermarket equipment for the power sports industry. Amcon designed the building to allow for daylighting in the production area which saves energy and provides for a better employee work environment. the design also allows for future expansion at the back wall which can be moved and reset when needed. Other features include employee amenities such as a locker and shower room, drivers’ lounge, breakroom, and outdoor patio that overlooks the wetlands.
