Scope Of Work
Amcon provided pre-referendum scheduling, estimates, and value
engineering in addition to construction management services to the
City of Rosemount for their new and modern fire station. Using creative
value engineering and working closely with the architects and engineers,
Amcon was able to complete this project within the $83 per
square foot construction budget.
Designed to fit an irregular site, this 17,000 sq. ft. facility features a 7
stall apparatus bay separated from the office spaces, a large meeting
room, training areas, locker rooms, and dispatch spaces.
