Scope Of Work

The Care Center, located in Fergus Falls, MN, is a 110 bed facility that will provide a state of the art concept in senior long term and short term care.
A two story indoor central core features an indoor garden, complete with a small creek. Traversing the space at the second level is a pedestrian walkway which overlooks the garden and adjacent event center. Surrounding this center core are six distinct neighborhoods with their own dining and living areas. Each neighborhood accommodates 16—18 beds.
